Three teens charged after shootout leaves one man dead in Chesterfield Co.
CHESTERFIELD CO., S.C. – Three teenagers are charged after a shootout left a man dead in Chesterfield County.
20-year-old Landon Sellers was found shot to death inside a crashed pickup truck around 9:30 Monday night. Police believe the shootout began on Shorthorn Road near Cheraw and ended nearby on Brangus Drive. 18-year-old Zion McRae and 19-year-old Elisjay James are charged with assault and battery and breach of peace. 18-year-old Maurice Brown is charged with obstruction of justice.
Investigators say additional chargers are pending.
