Rise & Chime In: Should the group split the bill?

CHARLOTTE, N.C.– When the bill arrives at dinner, suddenly everybody gets quiet! This morning we’re talking about one of the biggest group dinner debates: should the table split the bill evenly, or should everyone just pay for what they ordered? What if one person only had a salad while somebody else ordered appetizers, dessert, and drinks? Is splitting it “the fair thing to do”… or completely unfair?
