Quiet Evening with Rain and Storms Returning Wednesday
Humidity rising Wednesday
Wednesday starts off warm with plenty of sunshine, and temperatures will climb into the lower 90s during the afternoon. The humidity starts building back in through the afternoon, and that will give us enough moisture and instability for showers and thunderstorms to develop later in the day. Storm chances really pick up Wednesday evening and continue into the evening.
Thursday is when the weather pattern becomes much more unsettled. We will wake up to a few showers, with more widespread showers and thunderstorms developing through the afternoon. More clouds and rain will keep temperatures a little lower, with highs staying in the upper 80s. Any storms that develop could produce some heavy downpours. The shower and storm chances will linger into Thursday night.
By Friday, we’re still dealing with plenty of summer humidity and a good bit of moisture in the atmosphere. Highs will be in the mid to upper 80s, with scattered showers and thunderstorms becoming more likely during the afternoon. Not everyone will get rain, but where storms do develop, some could drop a quick, heavy downpour. This pattern looks to linger into the start of the weekend but it will be on the isolated side into Saturday afternoon.
