Cloudy But Dry Halloween Weekend

Fall back Sunday

Tonight, we’ll start to see a little more cloud cover moving into the Charlotte area as we settle into the weekend. Temperatures will gradually cool through the evening, giving us that familiar fall feeling. Overall, it’s shaping up to be a quiet night across the region.

As we head into Saturday and Sunday, don’t expect quite as much sunshine as we’ve enjoyed lately. The clouds will be hanging around, but here’s the good news. Temperatures will still be pretty comfortable. We’re looking at afternoon highs right around 70 degrees, which isn’t bad for the beginning of November.

Now, let’s talk about something we really need around here, and that’s rain. We’ve been running dry for a while, and unfortunately, this weekend isn’t looking promising when it comes to getting any meaningful moisture.

We’re keeping a close eye on Wednesday and Thursday as our next opportunity for showers. It’s still a little early to say exactly how much rain we’ll pick up, but at least we’re starting to see some signs of a pattern change.

Remember Daylight Saving begins Sunday!

ENJOY!
