CHARLOTTE,NC– CMPD Animal Care and Control Division is extending the $5 dollar cat adoption fee until August 31st.
It is part of the of the “Kitten Kaboodle” campaign to help cats and kittens find homes.
Animal Care and Control has an average of 50 cats at the shelter each day, but currently they claim to have over 100 felines in the shelter and another 82 in foster care.
So far animal care and control has found homes for 174 cats.
How you can help:
- Adopt a cat/kitten (or more than one!)
- Encourage your friends, neighbors and co-workers to adopt
- βSpare a Shareβ Share the PSA video on social media sites or wherever you can get the word out.
