CHARLOTTE, NC: On this World AIDS Day, the Mecklenburg County Health Department and Regional AIDS Interfaith Network (RAIN) are teaming up for “The Voices Project”. The goal is to give a voice to those living with HIV and AIDS. WCCB’s Morgan Fogarty and Terrance Bates are among the celebrity participants who will be lending their voices.
