CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A Republican plan to sue President Barack Obama gets the ‘ok’ from the house.
The GOP accuses the president of exceeding his authority in implementing his health care overhaul. The majority of house Republicans voted in favor of the lawsuit Wednesday while all the Democrats voted against it.
