LINCOLN COUNTY, N.C. — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating 73-year-old Troy Scronce who is believed to have dementia.
Scronce has brown hair and eyes, is six-feet-tall and around 275 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white polo, brown shorts and white tennis shoes.
Family members say they talked to Scronce around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday and he was heading toward Shelby on Highway 221. He was last seen at his residence at 1501 George Brown Rd in Crouse, N.C.
Scronce drives a 1996 red dually Dodge truck with the N.C. license plate number BJ9074.
