ROCK HILL, S.C. — Police say a Rock Hill man sexually assaulted a 12-year-old girl at a local restaurant.
Rhyan Barrett is accused of assaulting the child at Sweet Frog on Carolina Place Drive. Police have not released any other details on the case.
Barrett has been charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
