“Ain’t Too Proud: The Life & Times Of The Temptations”

CHARLOTTE, N.C.–  “Ain’t Too Proud- The Life and Times of The Temptations” is the hit broadway musical that follows the group’s legendary career from Detroit all the way to the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame.

The group helped define the Motown sound in the 60’s while turning out hit songs like “My Girl”, Just My Imagination” and so many more. Treston J. Henderson is part of the show’s cast and is no stranger to Charlotte.

He has performed in a number of productions at Central Piedmont Community College Theater. He sat down with Rising to talk about the production. The show opens tonight at 7:30 and runs until January 23rd. You can find ticket information at Blumenthalarts.org.
