HARRISBURG, N.C. — Harrisburg Police are investigating a fatal collision that left one motorcyclist dead just before 5 a.m. Wednesday.
A pick-up truck with two passengers collided with the motorcycle on Morehead Road just north of Highway 49. The two in the truck were taken to CMC Northeast with minor injuries. The motorcyclist was pronounced dead on scene by medic.
No word on if alcohol or speed were contributing factors. No names or charges have been released.
