CHARLOTTE, NC — We’re less than 24 hours away from the NASCAR Spring All-Star Race at Charlotte Motor Speedway, and fans say they can’t wait.
Race day events kick off Saturday morning at 10:00, but many fans plan to arrive even earlier to tailgate. Friday, they got to watch the world’s top drivers practice for the last time.
“I love to come to Charlotte,” said Lumberton resident Wanda Lynch. “I’ve been coming here since I was about 10 years old. Used to pull for Richard Petty, and now I’ve moved on to Jimmy Johnson.”
