A New Jersey judge has dismissed domestic violence charges against Ray Rice. In February 2014, surveillance video caught Rice knocking out his then-fiance, now wife, in an Atlantic City hotel elevator. The charges were dropped because the former Baltimore Raven paid $125 in fines and got anger management counseling.
