Police: Teen Hospitalized After East Charlotte Shooting
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A teen is suffering from life-threatening injuries after an east Charlotte shooting Monday morning, according to police.
The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department responded to Copper Creek apartments, off of Albemarle Road, around 6:15 a.m. after receiving a call about a reported shooting.
Police say the victim was taken to Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center to be treated for their injuries.
