CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Board of Education has filed a motion to dismiss former Myers Park student Serena Evans’ sexual assault lawsuit.
Serena Evans is a former Charlotte-Mecklenburg student who claims to have been raped at Myers Park High School in 2016.
