Rock Hill, SC– Rock Hill police say they are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Rkeem Mofatt who is the second suspect in a reported child abuse case.
Mofatt is reportedly on the run from law enforcement and believed to still be in the Rock Hill area.
Rkeem Mofatt, 21, is described as 5 foot 6 inches and 150 pounds.
