Gaston County Police have charged a man in a child sex offense case.
Charles Moore was charged with five counts of Statutory Sex Offense With A Child Under 13 and six counts of Indecent Liberties With A Child.
He is 65 years old and a family friend of the victim.
He is currently in the Gaston County Jail on a one million dollar bond.
