ARLINGTON, Texas (AP)β Mitch Moreland hit a three-run homer, Colby Lewis pitched six innings for his 16th victory and the AL West-leading Texas Rangers beat the Houston Astros 8-2 to complete a four-game sweep. The Rangers now lead the Astros by two and a-half games.

Shortstop Jung Ho Kang left in the first inning with a significant left knee injury and a source tells the AP he is out for the season with a broken leg and a torn ligament.
