The Edgitators: Should NFL Players Have Guaranteed Contracts?

CHARLOTTE, NC — With football-related injuries on the rise, more and more NFL players are calling for better contracts. 

New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz, who has been out all season with a calf injury, is the latest NFL player to call for guaranteed contracts He told the Huffington Post, “I think because of the violence and the short span of this game, you want to be secure in the things you do financially.”
