CHARLOTTE, N.C.– SouthPark Mall is removing the “glacier” experience from their Santa set and will replace it with traditional decor, according to mall management.
David Contis, president of Simon malls released the following statement Sunday: Β
“After listening to customer feedback, Β Simon made the decision to remove the modern, interactive Santa set that was installed at SouthPark and replace them with traditional dΓ©cor that centers around Christmas trees. Our focus is on βSpreading Loveβ which is the theme throughout all of our shopping centers during the holiday season and we are looking forward to celebrating the holidays with our shoppers as we do every year.”Β
