Teens Get Jail Time for Baggy Pants

We talk a lot about students being punished for breaking dress code rules at school, but this one takes the cake. Two teens at a Tennessee high school were thrown in jail for wearing baggy pants. One of those kids spent 48 hours behind bars. Good idea, or over the top?
