CPI’s Annual Christmas Project

CHARLOTTE, N.C. —  CPI Security partnered with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department to help make Christmas a little brighter for less fortunate families.

After weeks of fundraising and shopping, CPI employees gathered on Friday morning to wrap hundreds of gifts for needy families in the Charlotte area.

The goal of the CMPD Explorers Christmas Project is to give each child at least three gifts and provide each family a gift card to a local grocery store to purchase a holiday dinner. In addition to a corporate donation, CPI and its employees have adopted 50 of the children in the program.

“We have been supporting the Police Explorers Christmas Project for many years. We have a great group of employees who look forward to this wonderful event each year,” said Ken Gill, President and CEO, CPI Security.

A group of CPI employees will accompany CMPD officers to deliver the gifts to the families on December 19th.
