CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The NFL announced that Cam Newton is a finalist for this week’s FedEx Air Player of the Week.
Newton completed 21 of 26 passes (80.8 percent) for 293 yards and two touchdowns against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
