Tasty Tuesday with Flippin Minis

CHARLOTTE, NC — For Tasty Tuesday, Flippin’ Minis stopped by Rising to show us how to make churros and mini pancakes with Nutella.

Flippin’ Minis is a pop up mini pancake cart that covers Charlotte and the surrounding areas. You can get a variety of flavors and toppings. Owner Valeria Mederos says Flippin’ Minis gave her the ability of making something she have always loved and the privilege of staying home while witnessing every single milestone of her daughter’s life.
