Should Men Have To Ask Their Wives’ Permission For Viagra?

That little blue pill is causing a really big debate in Kentucky tonight, where a State Representative is proposing legislation to get the government out of the bedroom.
Democrat Mary Lou Marzian has introduced a bill requiring men seeking a prescription for erectile disfunction to see a doctor twice, provide a note from their wives, and swear on the bible before buying the drug.

The men would have to sign a sworn statement proving they’re married and promising they’ll only use the drug to have sex with their spouses.
