MONROE, NC– Monroe Police are looking into a shooting that left one man shot in the groin.
Officers say they responded to a shooting call on Kennedy Street early Thursday morning.
Upon arrival, police say they found Dwain Lamont McNeely, 33, suffering from a gunshot wound to the groin.
Mcneely was transported to CMC-Main for treatment and police are investigating
