CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Believe it or not, but Wilson is still allowed back in the hallowed halls of his alma mater, Myers Park High School.  Today he stopped in to find our more about the yearbook and newspaper classes at the school.

Students talked about why they chose to work on the newspaper or year book while teachers discussed the work put into the publications.  The kids also showed Wilson how publishing a yearbook and newspaper has changed since the days he was in high school.  No cutting and pasting for these kids.

Teaching for 18 years at Myers Park High School, Marikka Feimster shared her reasons for teaching and working with the kids on the yearbook and the Hoofprint, the school newspaper.

The kids even managed to find an old copy of the Hoofprint which had a picture of a young Wilson before he took over “Wilson’s World.”
