Wilson Previews The S&D Culinary Challenge At Johnson & Wales

CHARLOTTE, NC — Wilson spends the morning at Johnson & Wales University in Uptown Charlotte previewing the 6th annual S&D Coffee and Tea Culinary Challenge happening tomorrow.
JWU student finalists will present their original dishes that incorporate coffee and tea into the recipes to the judges tomorrow. They have been divided into two teams, each with a mentor.
Chef Mentors Chef Clark Barlowe, owner of Heirloom, and Chef Jon Fortes, owner of Flipside Café, will be competing for a $5000 cash prize that will go to the charity of their choice.
