Just two more days until the big game!  Super Bowl Sunday is coming, and with it comes all the fun and festivities of those Super Bowl parties.  But not everyone at the party is in it to win it, so we want to know why you’re going.

The folks at BuzzFeed did a little breakdown of the overall social groupings at the average Super Bowl party.  Totally unscientific, but still.  On the one hand, you have the social butterflies: the people who show up just to hang out with the crowd.  They may enjoy the game, but it’s more about social interaction.

On the other hand, there are the people for whom the game is what the whole thing is about.  They may talk to you and eat something, but don’t block the TV or else!

And on yet another hand, there are the chow hounds: the people who make Super Bowl Sunday the second biggest day of the year for food.  Only Thanksgiving is bigger.

Throw in the fact that the Panthers aren’t playing, and your guests could have alternative agendas during the party.  So what are your Super Bowl party goals: to watch, to eat, or to socialize?
