Were The Cannon Tapes Made Public Too Soon?

Video and audio evidence finally made public from the investigation that took down Ex-Mayor Patrick Cannon.

The videos show cannon meeting in a Southpark apartment with undercover agents posing as investors and real estate developers.

He’s also seen meeting with undercover agents in Las Vegas.

So should the FBI have shown the Cannon tapes to the Citizen Academy before the were made public?
