Wilson’s World: Charlotte Community Toolbank Helping Non-Profits

CHARLOTTE, N.C. –  Wilson was at the Charlotte Community ToolBank in South End finding out more about the toolbank and its lending program.  The Charlotte ToolBank, a pilot affiliate of ToolBank USA, opened its doors in 2011.

The Charlotte Community ToolBank is a nonprofit tool lending program that provides charitable organizations with year-round access to an inventory of tools for use in volunteer projects, facility and grounds maintenance as well as special events.  They offer more than 235 different types of tools and equipment from simple screwdrivers to power tools and even generators.

Home Depot is just one of the proud partners with the Community ToolBank providing them with high quality tools and equipment.

The Charlotte Community ToolBank will be part of Wilson’s Dudapalooza on Saturday, June 4th.
