It’s raining lawsuits in the battle over House Bill two.
The group North Carolinians for privacy is suing the department of justice and education saying it’s making Federal education funding dependent on students sharing restrooms and locker rooms with the opposite sex.
The group says it’s representing students and parents at North Carolina public schools and universities.
This is the fourth lawsuit filed over HB2.
