CHARLOTTE, N.C.– A car crashed into a building, hit a propane tank and started a fire Sunday in University City.
Fire officials say the car crashed into the US Subs on University City Boulevard around 3:45 p.m.
Medic transported the driver to CMC University with minor injuries.
The shopping center was evacuated at the time of the fire but most stores are back open now. US Subs is closed for repairs.
