Security Guard Shoots And Kills Alleged Robbery Suspect In Concord
CONCORD, N.C. — Police say an armed security guard shot and killed an alleged robbery suspect in Concord.
Investigators say two men with guns entered the ConcordOverStock.com building on Union Cemetery Road around 10:30pm Tuesday night.
One of the suspects was shot and killed by a security guard working at the time, according to police. The other suspect reportedly fled the scene and his identity is unknown at this time.
Police have not released the name of the robbery suspect who was killed. The investigation is on-going. Anyone with information on this attempted robbery is asked to call 911.
