CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department are investigating after a woman was reportedly shot on Monday, February 5th.
Officers responded to a call for service on The Plaza around 10 p.m. Upon arrival officers witnessed a woman suffering from a gun shot wound at the hip, according to a news release.
The victims condition is unknown at this time. Police say the suspect fled the scene prior to their arrival.
