CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Authorities have arrested four suspects, one of which was connected to a homicide in Durham, North Carolina, following a vehicle pursuit in north Charlotte on Thursday afternoon.
The chase began shortly after 4:30 p.m. on Thursday after officers were alerted to the vehicle’s license plate, connecting it to a homicide in Durham.
When police attempted to stop the vehicle, the driver started driving erratically, leading officers on a short pursuit. The chase was being pursued by CMPD vehicles and a helicopter.
The vehicle came to a stop near Jeremiah Boulevard and Equipment Drive, and the four occupants got out and ran.
All four suspects were apprehended, including the suspect wanted in connection to the Durham homicide.
