The key to a happy marriage could simply be making time to go out on a date. A new study finds that couples who leave their kids with a sitter and go out at least once a month are 14 percent less likely to split up.
It doesn’t have to be a big production. Something as simple as catching a movie is just as effective as a candlelight dinner. No need to over-do it. But the research also finds that increasing the number of dates doesn’t increase your chance of staying together.
