Wilson’s World: Huzzah! It’s the Carolina Renaissance Festival!
This year's Renfest runs weekends through November 20th.
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The year’s Carolina Renaissance Festival is in full swing every weekend, but Wilson was there early on a Friday, decked out in his best medieval garments, to get just a little too close to the action.
Every Saturday and Sunday through November 20th history comes alive at RenFest. Visitors can enjoy everything from an exciting joust to a more than filling hot turkey leg. There are 12 stages that are continuously filled with music, dance, comedy and circus style fun. The Artisan Marketplac is a shopper’s paradise. And, when you get a little hungry, make sure to check out the assortment of foods and confections that can be found around the festival.
