MOORESVILLE, N.C. — Iredell Emergency crews say a pedestrian trapped under a vehicle in a store parking lot has serious injuries but is expected to be okay. Mooresville Fire responded to Lowe’s Home Improvement around 1:48 p.m. on Monday.
When fire and emergency crews arrived they found a pedestrian underneath a white commercial van. Fire crews were able to lift the vehicle and free the victim. The victim was transported by air to Carolinas Medical Center.
Authorities have not released the name of the driver or the victim. We’ll have more information as it becomes available.
