Rising Weighs In On “First Man” Title

CHARLOTTE, NC — Former President Bill Clinton is floating a new title he might be called if his wife wins the White House in two weeks.

At a North Carolina rally Tuesday, he said he hopes to be “First Volunteer… to be the best free labor” for his wife.
