LINCOLNTON, NC — Deputies say they have arrested a man after he was accused of taking indecent liberties with a child.
Officials say Thomas Caddoo, 44, of Denver turned himself in Thursday on charges dating back to the Fall of 2015. Investigators say Caddoo and the victim are related.
Caddoo is charged with three felony counts of Indecent Liberties with a Child.
