Up ‘n Adam: The Independence Fund

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Adam Wurtzel went to the Duke Mansion to learn more about The Independence Fund.

It was a very special morning for The Independence Fund, which hosted a Brunch to raise awareness for their many programs that help our veterans, caregivers and families.

First, “Up ‘n Adam” spoke with CEO Sarah Verardo about the mission, and how the organization helps veterans get from where they’ve been, to where they’re going.  Next, Adam spoke with “Lately” host Natalie Stewart, about why she so greatly supports The Independence Fund.
