Another Soaking Rain, Arctic Air Arrives Late Week

Tuesday will start off with light to moderate rain which will gradually taper off during the afternoon, highs will only reach the upper 40s. Skies will clear Tuesday night with abundant sunshine expected Wednesday with highs in the upper 50s. A strong cold front will move through the area Thursday with increasing clouds and gusty winds. Although a few showers are possible, the arctic air behind the front will be the big story. High temperatures Friday will only reach the low 40s with overnight lows near 20°. Sunny skies and below average temperatures will linger into the weekend.
