Miles Bridges Re-Signs With Hornets On Three-Year Deal

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Forward Miles Bridges is returning to the Charlotte Hornets on a three-year deal.

The deal was first reported by ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski. It’s worth $75 million and does not contain a team or player option.

Bridges has spent his entire career with the Hornets since being drafted in 2018. He’s started in 255 of 360 total games played and has averaged 14.8 points per game in his career.

On the court, the 26-year-old forward has gradually improved each season since entering the NBA. In 2024, he played in 69 games and averaged a career-high 21 points and 7.3 rebounds per game in a team-high 37.4 minutes.

Bridges missed the entire 2022-23 season following his arrest in June of 2022 due to a domestic violence incident against the mother of his two children. He was suspended 30 games without pay in April of 2023, but 20 of those were considered served because of the time he already had missed.

Bridges is expected to retain a starting position in the Hornets lineup that includes LaMelo Ball, Brandon Miller and Mark Williams.
