Rock Hill Home For Abused Kids Needs Donations
A Rock Hill home for abused and neglected children has five days to raise $5,000. The Children’s Attention Home is kicking off its Fill The Sleigh fundraiser on Thursday.
An anonymous donor will give the home $5,000 if they can raise $5,000 in matching donations. The home gives children taken from their homes by DSS a safe place to stay.
“Where can we provide them opportunities beyond just basic needs, yes, We put a roof over their head we make sure they’re clothed make sure they have meals but really how are we investing in them as people, individually as well as a family,” said Katy Motsinger with Children’s Attention Home.
