UPDATE: Burke County deputies say Robinson was also responsible for the armed robbery at the Fast Track Convenience Store in Hildebran on Sunday.
Officials in Burke County say they were contacted by Hickory Police following Robinson’s arrest, and determined he was also the suspect in the Fast Track armed robbery.
Officials say the additional charges have been issued but not yet served.

HICKORY, NC — One man is in custody after police say he robbed a convenience store early Wednesday morning.
Christopher Robinson, 40, was arrested and charged with two counts of Robbery with Firearms or Other Dangerous Weapons and one count of Parole Violation. Officials say Robinson robbed a Circle K at knife point on N. Center Street around 3:30am. The clerk told police that Robinson showed the knife, demanded money, and then took off.
According to reports, officers found Robinson behind the Belle Hollow Shopping Center nearby.
