IREDELL COUNTY — Officers have charged Khali Amir Holmes with statutory rape of a child after investigating a report filed on March 24th.
Holmes has received a $300,000.00 secure bond and has been incarcerated at the Iredell County Detention Center.
Upon further investigation by detectives within the Special Victim’s Unit, it was discovered that Holmes had several prior encounters with the juvenile.
These discoveries have resulted in an additional charge of Statutory Rape of a Child as well as four counts of Statutory Sexual Offense with a Child by an Adult Offender.
