CHARLOTTE, N.C. — If you love dogs, then you’ll definitely want to check out the 2017 Bark in the Park Top Dog Festival on April 29th.
The event, which drew more than 5,000 people last year, will return to Historic Rural Hill, 4431 Neck Road, Huntersville, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
This year’s festival offers something for everyone, including performances by the Ultimate Air Dogs, food and product vendors, and several free contests.

Noon – Top Dog Winner Announcement

1 p.m. – Doggie Dash
1:30 p.m. – Ultimate Air Dogs Public Participation
1:30 p.m. – Largest Dog (Height)
1:45 p.m. – Largest Dog (Weight)
2 p.m. – Best Costume
2:30 p.m. – Toss & Catch
3 p.m. – Ultimate Air Dogs Performance
3:30 p.m. – Ultimate Air Dogs Public Participation
3:30 p.m. – Cutest Puppy Contest
