Showers And Storms Return Late Thursday, Below Average Temperatures

A few scattered showers and storms are possible during the afternoon but much better rain chances will arrive during the evening and linger into early Friday. A soaking rain is expected with localized flooding possible, a few severe storms are possible. Conditions will gradually improve Friday with only a few lingering showers possible. In addition to the rain, much cooler and breezy conditions will return to the area with highs only reaching the 60s. Below average temperatures and mostly dry conditions will linger into the weekend.
