ROCK HILL, S.C. – Rock Hill Police are investigating the death of a woman who was found inside her home. Police were asked to perform a welfare check at the home on Cauthen Street on Saturday, November 9th. When they arrived, officers were unable to get into the home. A contractor later arrived who then let police into the building.
Once they were inside the home, police found a 53-year-old woman dead. The York County Coroner’s Office has identified her as Lisa Rosenzweig. Police say she may have been assaulted. Autopsy and toxicology reports are pending and are expected this week. The case is under investigation.
